Propre Press LLC (“Propre Press,” “we,” “us”) provides residential and light commercial cleaning and dry cleaning pick-up and delivery in the Greater Seattle area. This policy explains what we collect when you visit proprepresscleaning.com (the “Site”), request pricing, book a service, or contact us, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and service address.
• Request details: the type of service you are interested in (residential, commercial, or both), home or facility details you enter into our pricing tools, preferred dates and times, and any notes you add.
• Booking and billing details: the payment method you choose (for example, bank transfer, cash, Venmo, or Zelle). We do not collect or store full card or bank account numbers through the Site.
• Communication preferences: whether you agreed to be contacted by call or text, when you agreed, and the wording you agreed to.
• Messages and uploads: anything you send us by email, phone, text, or through a form, including files you upload when modifying an order.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the pages or ads that brought you to the Site.
• Advertising identifiers: if you arrive from an ad, we may record campaign information in the web address (such as UTM tags) and a click identifier from Google Ads so we can measure which ads lead to requests.

How we use your information

• To provide your pricing, save your quote so you can return to it, and send you the link.
• To respond to your request, schedule and perform services, send confirmations and reminders, and handle billing.
• To follow up about your request, including by phone, text, and email as described in the Text & Call Terms below.
• To send you information about our services and offers, if you have agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, prevent spam and fraud, and measure the performance of our advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the business:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as Google (Workspace email, Sheets, Calendar, and Apps Script), Vercel (website hosting), and any messaging or scheduling vendor we use to send texts or calls. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, as described under Cookies below.
• Our team and crew members, who receive the details needed to perform your service, such as your address and access notes.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, team, or the public.
• Business transfers: if Propre Press is sold or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your visit, understand how the Site is used, and measure our advertising. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, which may set cookies and collect usage data. We may also use advertising features such as remarketing, which shows our ads to people who have visited the Site.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can opt out of Google’s ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

• Calls and texts: reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call that you do not want to be contacted. See the Text & Call Terms below. You may also ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list.
• Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal or tax purposes. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
• Saved quotes: if you would like your saved quote and request deleted, tell us and we will remove it.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your information for as long as needed to provide pricing and services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for a limited period for follow-up and then removed.

Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Text & Call Terms

These terms apply when you give us your phone number through the Site, by phone, or in person.

What you are agreeing to

When you request pricing, you agree that Propre Press may contact you by email and by phone about your request. If you also check the box on our pricing form, you agree that Propre Press may call and text you at the number you provided, including by using automated technology, about your quote, your cleaning or dry cleaning service, and special offers.

• Consent is not required to buy. Agreeing to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of getting a quote or purchasing any service.
• Message types: quote follow-ups, booking confirmations and reminders, service updates, and promotional offers (if you opted in to those).
• Frequency: message frequency varies, depending on your request and activity.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any text at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. If you want to receive texts again later, you can opt in again.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Accuracy: you confirm that you are the subscriber or regular user of the number you provide and that you will tell us if the number changes.

We keep a record of your consent, including the date and time, the page where you gave it, and the wording you saw. Your phone number and opt-in information are covered by the Privacy Policy above and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
